Vestiaire Collective is looking for his/her Head of Acquisition.

Joining our International marketing team based in Paris and reporting to our CMO, you will manage a team of marketing acquisition members. Passionate about digital marketing and customer acquisition, this role will own and manage several marketing channels and lead the digital marketing performance strategy, forecasting and setting goals.

Key responsibilities and desired qualities follow :

  • Define, develop and execute online strategies to drive online traffic on all Vestiaire Collective Websites and Apps

  • Propose creative and innovative solutions to improve global performance, test opportunities to create scalable conversion models for all the markets

  • Manage a multimillion euros budget and marketing acquisition actions of Vestiaire Collective across our existing key markets: France, UK, Italy, DACH, Spain, Nordics in coordination with our local marketing team

  • Follow main Strategic business objectives of Vestiaire Collective Group, track and improve high level performance of channels against traffic goals revenue, conversion, new active members , purchase, deposits, respecting Budgets ( ROI, client lifetime value)

  • Report on the global and local acquisition activity via reporting tools management, creation and optimization of dashboards

  • Deep Dive into web analytics to understand broader traffic and conversion data across desktop and mobile platforms

  • Identify and drive programs to garner insights and improve online channel efficiency, use data and reports to drive decisions around future campaigns and marketing initiatives

  • Manage SEO strategy with our Tech Direction and our agency

  • Manage and motive a team in charge of all the different international performance campaigns (display, SEA , SEO, retargeting, Social adds and mobile advertising)

  • Stay informed of and recommend industry best practices among online marketplaces


Preferred experience

  • Strong Experience (7 years minimum) in a Marketing Acquisition position within a fast growing company, on an international management role

  • Perfect Knowledge of tools and digital communication channels (SEA, Affiliate programs, E mailing, banners, RTB, Social media tracking, ad serving…)

  • Strong understanding of current online concepts, strategy and best practice on web et mobile devices

  • Experience in e-commerce, having expertise devising, launching and managing successful and scalable marketing programs

  • Proven Track-Record in leveraging Analytics –acquisition and on site- to optimize conversion and revenue Analytic Skills

  • Ability to communicate and present metrics effectively, to support strategic recommendations

  • English fluent Mandatory
