We are looking to hire a versatile and autonomous Senior EMEA HR Manager, passionate about Digital and fast Growing Companies. This role is focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent development, retention strategy and Employer Branding.
You report to the EVP and supports the Management team in the delivery of the business strategies and goals!
You will play a key role in building from scratch and developing HR strategies, policies, processes and help Vestiaire Collective reach the next level in business growth through managing a generalist HR scope
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Talent Acquisition/Retention and Employer Branding Strategies
• Be a strong HR Business partner
You will be the main HR point of contact for the Digital Teams of Vestiaire Collective in the EMEA region: Central and Country Marketing Departments, Tech Team, PR, Art & Editorial Direction, Finance/legal.
