Vestiaire Collective a été lancé en octobre 2009 avec l’intention d’offrir une plateforme communautaire sur laquelle les membres pourraient acheter et vendre, dans les meilleures conditions, des vêtements et accessoires de mode haut de gamme et luxe d’occasion.

Le catalogue est composé des pièces les plus inspirantes provenant de garde-robes de centaines de milliers d’utilisatrices dans le monde. Cette sélection répond aux attentes spécifiques d’acheteuses du monde entier. Chaque semaine, plus de 20 000 nouveautés sélectionnées par une équipe de stylistes sont mises en ligne, et viennent renforcer un catalogue permanent de 400 000 produits. Le site se distingue par son contrôle qualité unique. 100% des articles vendus sont contrôlés physiquement par une équipe d’experts.

Près de 100 000 nouvelles personnes s’inscrivent chaque mois, et rejoignent une communauté internationale de 4 millions de membres. Ceux-ci sont à l’origine de plus de 3 millions d’interactions chaque mois.

A ce jour, 200 personnes sont employées par la startup et réparties dans les bureaux de Paris, NYC, Londres, Berlin et Milan.

Descriptif du poste

We are looking to hire a versatile and autonomous Senior EMEA HR Manager, passionate about Digital and fast Growing Companies. This role is focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent development, retention strategy and Employer Branding.
You report to the EVP and supports the Management team in the delivery of the business strategies and goals!

You will play a key role in building from scratch and developing HR strategies, policies, processes and help Vestiaire Collective reach the next level in business growth through managing a generalist HR scope

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Talent Acquisition/Retention and Employer Branding Strategies

  • Work closely with the finance team on yearly budget and elaborate Annual recruitment plan
  • Define recruitment sourcing strategies and campaigns (internal/external recruiting agencies)
  • Insure the recruitment process is performing and we have the right sourcing tools
  • Collaborate with managers defining the recruitment needs and training them for leading interviews
  • Leading Interviews for key people
  • Develop Employer Branding initiatives
  • Manage a team of recruiters
  • Define Employee Engagement Policies and Retention plans

• Be a strong HR Business partner

You will be the main HR point of contact for the Digital Teams of Vestiaire Collective in the EMEA region: Central and Country Marketing Departments, Tech Team, PR, Art & Editorial Direction, Finance/legal.

Your key objectives are:

  • Support strategic and operational HR needs
  • Provide client focused and pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees from our headquarters in Paris and our offices in London, Milan, Berlin
  • Work Closely and Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Country Managers

• Lead / participate on the following HR Goals:

  • Promote and share Culture Values: Corporate Culture animation, make people happy at work, insure Vestiaire Collective is a best place to work
  • Develop skills and Coach our Managerial Team: Training Policies / knowledge management projects
  • Reward Performance: Compensation and Benefits Schemes, Bonus policies, performances reviews
  • Support Organization development and Changes
  • Support International Development and Integration
  • Insure we have an internal Communication Plan & adapted tools
  • Structure HR Department and make Vestiaire Collective compliant with labor laws

Profil recherché

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a HR Generalist role with a strong focus on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Development
  • A Mix Corporate and Start-up background
  • Experience in the Digital /E-commerce Industries
  • An international background is a required
  • Ability to work in a Fast growing environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills
  • Creative problem solving and decision making skills
  • Fluent in French and English is a must
