LET US INTRODUCE YOU THE CONTEXT AND MISSIONS!

The Data Integration Solutions Architect is responsible to design data integration solutions within the domain integration to meet the needs of the business. The responsibilities of the Solution Architect include gathering requirements and functional specifications, evaluating existing solution systems to identify areas for improvement.

Ma in missions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (EA, Project, Integration Ambassador) to understand business requirements and data integration needs.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate pattern and services for data integration.
  • Ensure compliance with L’Oréal Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
  • Work closely with Integration Solution Ambassador and Integration Platform to ensure that user needs, and feedback are incorporated into solution design and improvements.
  • Analyze Data Integration performances and design improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data integration teams.
  • Support integration project delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration .


Subsidiary missions
  • Contributes to healthcare application integration strategy and implementation in the community.
  • Facilitate training on integration techniques and methods, including creation of documentation for such training

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have :

Pre-requisites:
  • Ex perience in API Concept, programming concepts and Data Integration design patterns.
  • Experience Designing API or Webservices (REST & SOAP)
  • Experience with Event Driven Architecture
  • Experience with architecting complex frameworks.
  • Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
  • Strong Experience on at last one Integration tools of the market (Azure Integration Stack, Mulesoft, Boomi, Kafka….).
  • Strong knowledge on Cloud, SAAS Integration concept (IPaas).
  • Experience with Data Ecosystem (GCP Bigquery, Power BI).
  • Experience in leading technical deliveries (CI/CD) .


Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Ability to understand the business and assimilates the overall business strategy of the company, the long-term needs of users/customers.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to convert business requirements to business processes and technical designs.
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting and alone in a worldwide environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Leadership experience


Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering and integration API architecture design.
  • Proven experience in global environment with multicultural stakeholders
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Background in retail, luxe industry is preferred.
  • 7 -10 years in IT function
