We are looking for an Operational Product Manager to join a team of five members who drive evolutions of our internal tools and processes for operational teams

Your missions

• Elaborate long-term strategic plans on operational process.
• Help operating business to solve issues related to the performance of operation.
• Collaborate with System Analyst to ensure alignment.
• Be aware of Product strategy defined by SWE department and ensure that the operating team are able to absorb their related operational impact.
• Gather information by observing workflows, read company reports and conducting employee interviews (deep-dive), and performing operation in pair.
• Measure product usage, feature adoptions and resource allocated to operation.
• Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data.
• Being responsible of coordination with potential external partner to evaluate their products.
• You will physically share your time between Operational department and Software engineering department.

• You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in operations.
• You are recognized for your communication skills: you will need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with banking professional, engineers and analysts on a daily basis.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
