Team rituals and events
🏄♀️ We organize 2 teambuilding events per year: the Winter Party & the Summer Party. Until now, the activities have been very diverse: wind tunnel, jetski, escape game, boat trips, karting, etc.
🍽️ We also try to organize regular moments of exchange such as restaurants, breakfasts or afterwork parties in order to spend good times together, outside of work.
🥐 On Friday morning and in order to prepare for the intensive day, we enjoy a friendly moment during a team breakfast prepared by some of us, alternatively.
🎉 Barcelona has its fair share of festivities, such as Sant Jordi, Sant Joan, Dia de Catalunya and so on. We draw inspiration from these to organize our corporate events, in addition to more usual festivities such as Christmas, Halloween, etc.
